Apr\u00e8s moultes d\u00e9marches aupr\u00e8s de la DDFiP72<\/strong> (les services fiscaux de la Sarthe), l’association BeeLINKED<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 reconnue officiellement \u00ab Organisme d’int\u00e9r\u00eat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb en date du 10\/08\/2023 !<\/p>

Apr\u00e8s modification de nos statuts, \u00e0 la demande de la DDFiP72 concernant l’usage des avoirs de notre association en cas de dissolution, BeeLINKED a eu la possibilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9livrer des re\u00e7us fiscaux<\/strong> attestant du versement de dons en vue d\u2019un cr\u00e9dit d\u2019imp\u00f4t<\/strong> sur les revenus.<\/p>

Sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme dons tous versements n\u2019entra\u00eenant pas de contreparties mat\u00e9rielles<\/b>, \u00e0 savoir en ce qui nous concerne\u00a0:<\/p>

– les dons<\/b> proprement dits\u00a0;<\/p>

– les parrainages de ruches<\/b> (dons particuliers)\u00a0;<\/p>

– les cotisations<\/b> d\u2019adh\u00e9sion \u00e0 BeeLINKED et au SNA.<\/p>

Remarque<\/b>\u00a0: les abonnements \u00e0 des revues n\u2019ouvrent pas droit \u00e0 ce cr\u00e9dit d\u2019imp\u00f4t.<\/p>

Pour les personnes physiques<\/b> (adh\u00e9rents hors personnes morales), selon l\u2019article 200 du code g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des imp\u00f4ts, le cr\u00e9dit d\u2019imp\u00f4t correspond \u00e0 66\u00a0% des dons<\/b>, dans la limite de 20\u00a0% du revenu imposable\u00a0!<\/p>

Exemple<\/b> : un adh\u00e9rent prend sa cotisation \u00e0 BeeLINKED (25,00 \u20ac), s\u2019abonne \u00e0 \u00ab L\u2019Abeille de France \u00bb (26,00 \u20ac) et \u00ab arrondit \u00bb le total par un don de 9,00 \u20ac.<\/p>

– Total vers\u00e9 \u00e0 l’adh\u00e9sion : 25,00 + 26,00 + 9,00 = 60,00 \u20ac<\/b>\u00a0;<\/p>

– Cr\u00e9dit d\u2019imp\u00f4t\u00a0: (25,00 + 9,00) x 0,66 \u2248 22,00 \u20ac<\/b><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>

– Montant r\u00e9el acquitt\u00e9 : 60,00 \u2013 22,00 = <\/span>38,00 \u20ac <\/b><\/span><\/span>!<\/span><\/p>

CONCLUSION<\/strong> : n’h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 arrondir le montant de votre versement, puisque vous n’acq<\/b>u<\/b>itterez, au final, que 34 % (environ le 1\/3) de cette somme !<\/b><\/p>
